- The Employee Locator on EAST will be reactivated on May 24th.

last night and classification data is again available this morning. A public
notice was posted yesterday to alert the public of the correction.

Data Center Relocation
During the first relocation weekend PALM was adversely impacted. Data channels
were repaired to ease the bottleneck of data transfers resulting from the
relocation.
On the second relocation weekend OEMS was impacted because of data storage
location and fiber optic cable problems. These problems, which resulted in
a several day backlog of document copy orders, were resolved by midweek.
The next relocation steps will involve:
- Printing servers moving
- EXCHANGE servers moving
- EAST/WEST image servers moving
Question: Is RAM moving this weekend? We have no information
at this time.
Other Customer Comments:
- TAC terminals have not been fixed; they have been down now for six months.
- Trademark files are being held and not scanned back in until being sent to
Carlyle. System shows last customer still having the file. No one else can
access it.
- Post Registration file can’t be retrieved – system still indicates
file is in Pub/Issue
- PALM/TRAM – patent and trademark assignment information missing; code
access capability has been disabled. (Need to determine which office instigated
this action)
The meeting was adjourned at approximately 3:00 p.m.
