USAPat Subscriber Notice

We have discovered an error with USAPat issue USP2001W08. Inadvertently, the disc manufacturer printed our USAPat label on another product. This did not affect all of the discs, but unfortunately, we cannot identify the exact discs involved.

Please attempt to install this issue as soon as possible. If you receive an error message that the system cannot read the disc, it will confirm that you have a bad disc. Please contact us and we will send you a replacement disc. Please do not discard the jewel case, we will not send a new one with the replacement disc.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please contact us if you find that you have one of the incorrect discs or if you have any questions.
