DocDW Subscriber Notice

We are pleased to announce that DocDW is now Windows XP compliant. In the process to make it compliant, it was necessary to change the names of the DocDW installation executables. The new names will be displayed beginning with discs USP2004w43, USA2004w44, and USM00183. USAPat will now display “setup_USAPat.exe,” USAApp will display “setup_USAApp.exe,” and USAmark will display “setup_USAMark.exe.”

Running the new setup will make DocDW Windows XP compliant. To ensure that all the relevant Windows XP system files are updated, you may choose to run either the "Update" or "Reinstall" options. If you use the “reinstall” option, performing a later reinstall from an older disc may interfere with the proper functioning of DocDW. If you use the "update" option, performing a later reinstall should not cause any problems with performance.

If you have any further questions regarding this procedure, please do not hesitate to contact us.
