Important Trademarks Subscription Notice

The 2000 December issue is the last issue where Trademarks PENDING and Trademarks REGISTERED will be published as separate products. Beginning with the next issue, 2001 February, Trademarks PENDING, Trademarks REGISTERED, and Trademarks ACE will be combined on one disc. The subscription rate for the combined product will be $500 per year. This brings up some questions about your subscriptions.

· If you already subscribe to both products, you will receive two copies of the new merged product. If you do not want to receive two copies, please contact our Customer Services Branch. We will calculate your subscription and extend it accordingly.

· If you only subscribe to one of the products, we will send you the new product through the term of your subscription at no additional cost.

We hope you find that the merging of these three databases on one disc creates a more efficient search environment.
