General fiscal year statistics relating to patents and trademarks may be found in various sections throughout the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Annual Reports and the USPTO Annual Performance and Accountability Reports. However, many of the general statistics are located in the "fiscal year workload tables" section that appears toward the end of each report. A general guide is provided below to assist users in navigating to the patent and trademark statistics workload tables in each of the annual reports.
General Guide for Locating Workload Tables in the Annual Reports
- 2013 Performance and Accountability Report
