Resolution:
This only impacts Patent Grant Red Book and is limited to non-patent literature citations. In many cases within the Patent Citation element the <category> tag was incorrectly populated with "cited by other" instead of "cited by examiner". This has been corrected effective with the Patent Grant Red Book issue dated 6/7/2005.

The 371C-124-date is not included in the ICE version of Red Book. This date had been included in the previous ST.32 version of Red Book.
