The 371C-124-date is not included in the ICE version of Red Book. This date had been included in the previous ST.32 version of Red Book.
May 27, 2005 - Several external customers have requested that the 371C-124-date be included in Red Book ICE published applications. The USPTO is considering this request and a final decision will be made with an appropriate announcement.
