Element Title: Deposit Term
Element Description: Element deposit-term identifies the period of time (in accordance with the Budapest Treaty) during which the depository must be able to furnish samples of the biological material. This term shall be at least thirty (30) years [from the date of deposit] and at least five (5) years after the most recent request for the furnishing of a sample of the deposit was received by the depository [37 CFR 1.806 and MPEP 2408].
