We will not publish a September 2003 issue of Patents ASSIST. A combination of data and hardware problems occurred during the processing of this disc, which delayed its completion. The data for the December issue has now been received and we are working diligently to get this issue to you as soon as possible.

Your subscription will be extended by one issue to compensate for this.
