Cassis Subscriber Notice

We regret to inform you that the most recent issues of four of the Cassis products are delayed and one is being skipped. There are several reasons for this. All products are being transitioned to Cassis2 with the next issues. This transition did not go as smoothly as we had expected. Data corruption and delivery problems further contributed to this delay. The data is being recreated where possible, and the discs will be produced as quickly as possible.

A projected schedule for the delayed or skipped issues follows:

Patents and Trademarks ASSIGN: 2000 November issue is being skipped and the next issue will be published in late February. Note that Patents ASSIGN and Trademarks ASSIGN are being merged with the next issue. Your subscription will be extended by an additional issue to compensate for this problem.

Patents ASSIST: 2000 December issue is delayed and will be published in late February, due to the version change of the Manual of Patent Examining Procedure.

Patents BIB: 2000 December issue is delayed and will be published in late February.

Trademarks PENDING: 2000 December issue is delayed and will be published in late February.

Trademarks REGISTERED: 2000 December issue is delayed and will be published in late February.

We apologize for any inconveniences these delays have caused.
