The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has a requirement for qualified armed security guard services for USPTO's new Headquarters located in Alexandria, VA, as well as for its current location in Arlington, VA (Crystal City).

  1. Offerors shall use the Pricing Template (Attachment B) for price submissions in accordance with Section B.2 - Pricing Notes, paragraph (b) - Pricing Template. The reference to "Attachment A template" in the response to Question Q.211 paragraph (e) should have referenced "Attachment B template."
  2. AMENDMENT 4 REVISES PROPOSAL DUE DATE TO FRIDAY, AUGUST 20, 2004 AT 11:00 AM EST (NOTE THE CHANGE IN TIME!)
  3. Any further e-mail correspondence regarding this Solicitation No. DOC52PAPT0401018 should be sent to both of the following 2 e-mail addresses: Becky Morehart (AND) Page Etzel.
  4. Attachment A - Guard Post Matrix (Amendment 4 ) Posted on 13AUG2004 has been reposted to correct a typographical error under the matrix for Arlington (Crystal City) Crystal Plaza 2: "Arlington (Crystal City) CRYSTAL PLAZA 2 - October 1, 2004 - December 30, 2004A+35" has been deleted and replaced with "Arlington (Crystal City) CRYSTAL PLAZA 2 - October 1, 2004 - December 30, 2004".
