CIO End User Support (EUS) Services

IMPORTANT NOTICES:

The USPTO, an organization with an employee base of approximately 7,000, has a requirement for End User Support (EUS) Services for the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the USPTO. These services fall under the Information Technology Operations and Maintenance (ITOM) services described in the third paragraph in the "CIO Requirements" synopsis on our Special Notices page.

It has come to our attention that the procurement and vendor communities are having trouble accessing the FedBizOpps on the web. The website is undergoing a redesign and until further notice, you may try accessing FedBizOpps through the following url: https://www.fbo.gov

NOTE: You may be required to change your password for the new site.

Proposals are due no later than 2:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST), Thursday, May 8, 2008.

USPTO will be accepting RFP questions from contractors until 9:00 A.M. EST, Tuesday, April 15, 2008.
