The USPTO is pleased to announce that RFP # DOC52PAPT0501006 was awarded on November 7, 2005 as contract number DOC50PAPT0601004 to ASRC Management Services, 6303 Ivy Lane, Suite 800, Greenbelt, MD 20770.

PREVIOUS INFORMATION:

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) seeks to award a Time and Material Contract to provide the necessary personnel, material, equipment and services to provide infrastructure support services for USPTO's Enterprise Contact Center (ECC) which supports 17 business centers utilizing approximately 266 agents and supervisors at USPTO's Crystal City Campus and Alexandria Headquarters. The period of performance for this requirement is anticipated to be for a base period of one year and four additional one-year option periods. In addition, the successful Offeror has an opportunity to earn up to three additional award term years depending on contract performance.

The Amendment 1 extends the closing date until February 7, 2005.

This requirement is anticipated to be a 100% total 8(a) set-aside, competitive procurement.

Proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m. EST, Monday, February 7, 2005.
