The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) seeks to award a single Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to acquire a variety of state-of-the-art microcomputers, laptops and peripheral equipment on the basis of a 100% small business set-aside. The period of performance is anticipated to be one base year plus nine, one-year option periods for a maximum performance of ten (10) years. The associated North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 443120.
