The PTO plans to hold public hearings on the Interim Guidelines concerning the written description requirement, published at 63 Fed. Reg. 32639, and to extend the period for public comment on the guidelines until November 12, 1998. Hearings are planned for Boston on November 4, 1998, and San Diego on November 6, 1998. Further details will be announced shortly. |
