Examination guides, notices, and rules changes issued prior to October 12, 2009 have been incorporated in and/or superseded by the 6th edition of the Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure (TMEP) (6th ed., Oct. 2009). This page will be updated to include any examination guides, notices, or rules changes issued subsequent to the publication of the 6th edition of the TMEP.
