Share Comments/Suggestions Regarding the TMEP

On or about January 12, 2011, the USPTO will launch a public collaboration tool at http://uspto-tmep.ideascale.com for submitting comments and suggestions related to selected sections and/or chapters of the Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure (TMEP).  Links to the collaboration tool will also be available within the TMEP itself, which can be accessed at http://tess2.uspto.gov/tmdb/tmep.

Initially, the USPTO will link §904.03 and Chapter 1200 to the collaboration website.  In the future, we may link additional sections and/or chapters and may also post proposed revisions for comment prior to incorporation in the TMEP.
