On June 8, 1999, legislation amending the Fastener Quality Act (15 U.S.C. §5410 et. seq.) was signed into law (P.L. 106-34).

The regulations implementing the Fastener Quality Act are set forth at 15 C.F.R. Part 280. Click  here to view those regulations.
