On October 30, we posted a new version of the site that complies with the provisions of the Trademark Law Treaty Implementation Act of 1998, and the amended Rules of Practice. Also, any "portable" forms downloaded prior to October 29 CANNOT be used on or after October 30. You must save a new version through the changed site, available at http://www.uspto.gov/teas
