Patent Examination Data System (PEDS) Retirement

The USPTO is planning to retire the Patent Examination Data System (PEDS) on March 14, 2025. All available patent data and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) will be part of the new Open Data Portal (ODP) launching on February 12, 2025.
