This list is usually updated within one working day of any addition or deletion. If you note a connection problem to the three patent grant full-text database query screens only, please wait at least one working day before checking this list. If your IP address is not on this list, then your workstation has not been denied access to the databases. You should not send email to PTO, but should seek a solution locally or with your service provider.

Please note that an IP address consists of four decimal number fields, with values from 0 to 255, separated by periods. An entry of an asterisk ("*") in either of the last two fields indicates that a range of IP addresses (i.e., a subnet) has been denied access. A plus sign ("+") following an address indicates that the
address has been denied access for conducting unauthorized activity,
such as hacking attempts or port scans, on the database servers. Examples: 63.71.228.* means that all IP addresses from 63.71.228.0 to 63.71.228.255, inclusive, have been denied access. 63.71.*.* means that all IP addresses from 63.71.0.0 to 63.71.255.255, inclusive, have been denied access. |
