UPDATED FEATURES (25JUN2007) : The USPTO is pleased to announce the release of EFS-Web 1.1.4 . With this release, efilers will be able to:
- File Reissue and Reexamination applications and follow-on documents;
- Select Accelerated Examination (AE) as a type of filing;
- Select only from document descriptions that are applicable to the filing type;
- Enter the International application number for 371 National Stage applications using the 14 or 17-character PCT number format (i.e., PCT/CCYY/NNNNN or PCT/CCYYYY/NNNNNN);
- Attach PCT-SAFE zip files in existing applications;
- View the status of documents as they are uploaded and validated via an enhanced progress bar; and
- Pay multiple terminal/statutory disclaimer fees.
