descriptions. Though no rights to your patent are affected,
erroneously indexed documents can negatively impact your
processing time.
The following

should ONLY be used when an applicant has filed a grantable
petition to make special under the accelerated examination
program:
• Accelerated Exam - Transmittal
amendment/ reply
• Petition for 12-month Accelerated
Exam
• Statement of pre-examination search
• Examination support document
