USPTO Ombudsman Pilot Program – How Is It Working for You? The Ombudsman’s Community Call-In Teleconference Series
Date: August 18, 2010
Time: 2 PM to 3 PM
On April 6, 2010, the USPTO launched the Ombudsman Pilot Program; the purpose of the program is to provide patent applicants with assistance in handling application-processing problems if the normal channels have not been successful. The USPTO is interested in how this program is working for applicants or their attorneys/agents and will hold the first of a series of quarterly teleconferences to hear from program users.
The USPTO Patents Ombudsman Pilot Program is hosting teleconferences to discuss your interactions with the USPTO. Join Director Valencia Martin-Wallace to share your comments, thoughts, and suggestions on the pilot program as well as any issues of concern.
