Name of mass media invention promoter advertised in:

Invention promotion service offered to be performed: Develop and market our product Keepsake for cars.

Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter: On April 4, 2008, my wife and I went into a contractual agreement with Advent Product Development, this company was to develop and market our product Keepsake for cars.

It was during this time that we met in the office of manager xxx located in King of Prussia PA. The person whose responsibility to oversee our invention was a person name XXX, who we had given the payments for a patent search, which totaled in the amount of $1,239.22.

This was to be the initial payments for our invention. Subsequently we began making payments to a company called XXX from Murrells Inlet S.C. We made about #24 payments of $195.95, which totals about $4,631.28. In all with the contract agreement, patent search application and provisional application, we have paid possibly over $8000.

My wife and I have not heard from Advent Products since our last payment to Triad Resources on July 15, 2010. I have all payments receipts and documentations to prove what is stated in this letter. We Believe that Advent Product have not honored there contractual agreement with us and have not operated in good faith. We would like to know if our product was properly marketed via media and Internet publicity. Also if our product was introduced at trade shows and possible distributors as the contract agreement states will be done. If there is no proof that this has been done we would like a refund, minus what was truly paid for.
