Commerce Under Secretary for Intellectual Property Rogan To Give Keynote Address at USPTO University's Graduation Ceremony

James E. Rogan, the Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), will give the keynote address at the 8th USPTO University Awards Ceremony.

The USPTO University, founded in 1994, has been instrumental in providing career-education opportunities to USPTO employees. This mission-related employee development program is dedicated to enhancing employee knowledge and skills.

Since its founding, 469 USPTO employees have graduated, getting certificates or degrees ranging from Undergraduate Certificates in Business Information Technology to Graduate Certificates in Advanced Public Management.
