Washington - Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property, James Rogan, will speak at the Congressional Economic Leadership Institute luncheon on Wednesday, February 6, 2002. Under Secretary Rogan will focus on the role of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in advancing technological innovation and revitalizing the economy. A question and answer period will follow.
