Presidential Patent Model and Drawing on Display
Abraham Lincoln is the only U.S. president to hold a patent. For the first time since the mid-19th century, his original patent model and drawing for "Patent No. 6,469, A Device for Buoying Vessels over Shoals," will be displayed together as part of the new U.S. Patent and Trademark Museum exhibit, "A Moment in Time: The Art of Photography."
