Why does nothing happen when I enter a number and click the "submit" button?

Security settings and/or programs running on your system may be disallowing access to web technologies required for the successful operation of TDR. Also, most modern web browsers now contain pop-up blockers that could affect access to TDR.

1. Temporarily disable any Internet security programs and try using TDR again. If TDR now operates properly, this is the problem.

Most Internet security programs allow the user to add trusted web domains that will permit user-designated sites to run web technologies that you might not trust for all sites. See the documentation for your particular security program for more information.

2. Turn off the ad and pop up blocking features in your browser and try using TDR. If TDR now operates correctly, configure your browser to allow pop-up windows and cookies for the uspto.gov domain.
