Can I pay an issue fee via EFS-Web?

Yes. Filers must complete and attach Part B of the Issue Fee Transmittal form PTOL-85 to EFS-Web, select the appropriate issue fee under "Post Allowance and Post-Issuance Fees" on the "Fee Calculate" screen, and pay online.
