If I miss a fee charge during electronic filing but have attached a transmittal authorizing payment of the actual fee, will the USPTO take the fee from the submitted transmittal form?

If an appropriate preauthorization statement to charge/credit the deposit account for under/over charges is made, any unpaid/overpaid fees will be manually processed by USPTO personnel.
