What happens if I get disconnected or my system goes down during submission?
If you are a registered user, you may go back into EFS-Web under 'My Workplace' to view your last 20 submissions. If you see your submission but cannot open a hyperlink to it, it has been received. You should have access to that application via a hyperlinked receipt in approximately four hours. If you do not see your submission under 'My Workplace' anywhere, do not resubmit your application.
