What does the "Authenticate User Bad Input" error message mean?
This error message usually indicates that the password supplied does not match the password for the certificate. Make sure that the digital certificate being used is the most recent one. Also, ensure that the password you are typing meets the requirements for authentication purposes. If you are unable to find the correct .epf file, or cannot remember the password, codes will need to be reissued to recover the profile.
