How do I - Review Image File Wrapper?

Review Image File Wrapper requires the user to have a USPTO-issued Entrust/Direct Certificate, a valid Customer Number, and a PDF browser plug-in.
When viewing Application Number, Patent Number, or Publication Number search results, the Image File Wrapper tab appears on top of the search results screen when one or more document images are available for online viewing.
When viewing Customer Number search results, the Review button appears active in the Image File Wrapper column when one or more documents are available for online viewing for a specific application . Clicking the Review button will display the Image File Wrapper document list:

• Mail Room Date ;
• Document Description ;
• Document Category ;
• Page Count ;
• Select All / Start Download / Clear All (Download Options).

Explanation of Document Categories:
Prosecution: Incoming and outgoing papers related to the examination of the application.
Prior Art: US and foreign patent documents and non-patent literature references cited by the examiner on a PTO-892, and those cited by the applicant on an Information Disclosure Statement (IDS).
PACR: Application documents "as filed" for applications filed prior to June 30, 2003 .
To view document images, click a "Document Description" link. To download and print document images, select individual documents from the document list by placing a check in the box provided, then click the "Download" link. A "Save As" dialog box will open to navigate to the desired folder to save the .PDF file. The downloaded .PDF file can be opened using a PDF viewer, such as Adobe Acrobat. Adobe Acrobat 5, or higher, is recommended; USPTO does not endorse this product, however, these are the versions that have been tested to date.
