What fees apply when filing through the Accelerated Exam (AE) program?

An accelerated examination application requires a petition fee set out in 37 CFR 1.17(h) unless a showing is made that the claimed invention is directed to environmental quality, energy, or countering terrorism. The filing fees for the application are the same as for any filing of a US non-provisional application. Please refer to the fee schedule now in effect.
