How do I submit references cited in an Information Disclosure Statement?

Foreign references and Non-Patent Literature are submitted as separate PDF attachments and are indexed as "Foreign Reference" and "NPL Documents" under the IDS/References category. Copies of U.S. patents and patent publications are not required.
