My computer’s hard drive, with my profile, was deleted. How do I get another profile?

If you didn't have the profile backed-up on a floppy disk or another drive, contact the Patent EBC (toll free) 1-866-217-9197 and they will request that the USPTO security office issue a new set of PKI codes to you or go to Digital Certificate Management. The profile can be recovered/recreated.
