How will I receive payment for an invoice?

The Patent and Trademark Office is in full compliance with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, and now pays all vendors by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). The Office of Finance must have received a completed Automated Clearing House (ACH) form before any payment to a vendor will be made.
