Mr. Moatz:

The proposal that persons registered to practice before the USPTO be required to take periodic CLE courses is laudible; however, the proposed requirement
that the attorney/agent be required to take examinations therewith is de facto a revocation of an existing license to practice that is not subject to such a
requirement. This cannot stand.
