The option to pay any patent or trademark fee by credit card is an
excellent idea, especially if the Credit Card Payment Form can be faxed in.

It will certainly make it a lot easier for small entities to pay fees.

Don't delay! The sooner it is implemented, the easier it will be for all
concerned.
