I support the proposal of the PTO to accept payment of fees by credit card.
It will enable emergency payments by pro-se applicants and practitioners to
avoid abandonments and penalties. 
It will provide a back-up payment means in the event of deposit account
troubles.
It will facilitate electronic filing.
It may result in more money to the PTO.
