Subject:    Comment to proposed rule changes
I support the rule changes.  Two areas of concern:
 
1.  There is no reason not to accept a direct bank debit card.  The rule language may as well provide for that.
 
2.  If the USPTO intends to accept American Express cards, you should be aware that the American Express people do not consider their cards to be "credit cards".  Again, a language change is in order if the intent is to accept AMEX cards.
