Subject: Proposed Rule Changes

Good quality drawings are needed to prevent any misunderstanding by patent viewers. People all over the world look at patents, regardless of their language. A drawing should be understood by anybody. If it is unclear in its execution, it may be interpreted wrong. Therefore the proposed rule changes should be reconsidered.
