THE EIGHTEEN MONTH RULE

One of the stated reasons God puts governments in place is to keep the
big guys, the bully types, and the con-artists from gobbling up or
otherwise being a pain to the little guys and the gentlemen.

The eighteen-month rule is for the benefit of the bullies and the rip-off
artists.  Independent Inventors' lives and livelihood don't need to be
placed in jeopardy.
Until a patent issues it is no one else's business!
