Administrative Suspension

Pursuant to 37 CFR § 10.11 (now 37 CFR § 11.11(a)(2)), the Office of Enrollment and Discipline (OED) conducted a survey of the active registered practitioners whose registration numbers are between 30,000 and 34,999. The purpose of the survey, which began on January 31, 2013, was to ascertain whether the practitioners wished to remain on the register and/or whether they needed to update their contact information with OED. On May 28, 2013, OED sent a Notice of Noncompliance to practitioners who failed to respond to the survey and gave them 60 days to comply.

On November 5, 2013, OED mailed a Rule to Show Cause requiring the practitioners who failed to respond to the Notice of Noncompliance to show cause why they should not be administratively suspended from practice in patent matters before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. OED records indicate that no response was received from the following list of practitioners and therefore, they are administratively suspended from practice in patent matters before the USPTO.
