Lack of Response to Surveys

The Office of Enrollment and Discipline (OED) conducted surveys of active registered practitioners.  OED received numerous responses.  Most practitioners responding to the survey provided information that enabled OED to confirm and update records regarding the responding practitioner’s address and telephone number.  Other practitioners requested removal of their names from the register of attorneys and agents.  OED did not receive any response or communication from the active registered practitioners on the lists below.
