Reinstatement Procedure

Practitioners who have been administratively removed from the Roster of Patent Attorneys and Agents may apply for reinstatement by completing the Reinstatement Data Sheet [PDF viewer] (FORM PTO 107A) and submitting the $100.00 for reinstatement processing. 37 CFR 1.21(a)(9)(ii)

You may submit the $100.00 fee by credit card: PTO/2038 - Credit Card Payment Form and Instructions
