Fee for a Printed Copy of the General Requirements Bulletin
The General Requirements Bulletin (GRB) [PDF] may be freely downloaded or printed from the USPTO Web site. However, a printed copy of the GRB may be purchased from the Office for a fee.
The fee for each printed copy of the General Requirements Bulletin is $15.00. You may submit a request and the fee by check or credit card to the OED mailing address:
