RESULTS OF THE REGISTRATION EXAMINATION BASED ON MPEP 8 th EDITION, REVISION 2

Between June 9, 2005 and October 17, 2006, the computer delivered registration examination was given each business day. The examination was based on the 8 th Edition, Revision 2, of the Manual of Patent Examining Procedure (MPEP). Official results for examinations based on Revision 2 were mailed within one week or less of the examination dates.

4,165 individuals took the examination based on MPEP, 8 th Edition, Revision 2 with a passing rate of 58.2%.
