Arlington, VA. 22202

Dear Sir or Madam:

Thank you for forwarding Ms. Porter’s inquiry. We received such from your office on May 23, 2006.

Ms. Porter was provided written information describing Davison’s services and what materials would be needed to professionally present her invention to industry for possible licensing. Apparently she does not understand our Confidentiality Agreement’s terms and conditions or her contractual obligations entered into in 2005.

Ms. Porter was offered a refund on July 25, 2005.

Our staff was concerned with Ms. Porter’s statements to the USPTO pertaining to God and how she believes that Davison will use her idea without her consent. Statements such as “The invention was inspired by God, for His glory and no other will take it from Him!” “What you have stolen from me, you’ve stolen from God! Be very afraid!” raised questions of whether or not this consumer could understand our services and contractual obligations. Davison has not breached the Confidentiality Agreement or presented her invention to any companies for possible acquisition.

If you have any questions or if we can be of further assistance please send your inquiry to our offices.

Very truly yours,
/s/ George M. Davison
President, Davison Design & Development, Inc.
